By using the Site, making a purchase, or registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

When you make a purchase, register for a class, create an account, or contact us, we may collect:

- Mailing and/or shipping address

Payment Information
We do not directly collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details. All payment information is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). We receive only a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of your card (if applicable), and billing address information necessary to fulfill your order.

No personal information is stored within WooCommerce cookies.

6. Data Retention

- Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).
- Class registration records and associated waiver records are retained for a minimum of 3 years after the date of participation, or until the minor participant reaches the age of 20 (whichever is later), for liability purposes.
- Server logs are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
- Communications (emails, support inquiries) are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ongoing support and maintain records.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements

We do not have a physical establishment in the EU/EEA. If you believe we are subject to GDPR due to the nature of our activities, please contact us and we will work with you to address your concerns.

- Notify the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office if the breach affects more than 500 Pennsylvania residents
- Provide 12 months of free credit monitoring if the breach involves Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or driver’s license numbers
- Notify relevant supervisory authorities (such as EU data protection authorities) where required by applicable international law
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If a parent or legal guardian registers a child under 13 for a class, the parent or guardian provides the information and is responsible for consenting to the collection and use of that information on the child’s behalf.

Imagery Dance is based in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
