THE JOURNEY

I’m seven years old, out of breath, dancing in our family living room. I hop between imagined worlds, doing my favorite thing in the world: dancing until I can’t breathe anymore. Or until my parents come home, whichever happens first.
What I didn’t know back then is that dancing and imagination wouldn’t just stay with me. They would become lifelong companions, and eventually, doorways into understanding how profoundly they shape the mind and body.
My relationship with dance has taken many forms over the years: from solo performances in the living room to school stages, from late-night clubbing to barefoot dancing in forests after leaving city life behind. Eventually, dance became something I shared, guiding women through movement in circles, retreats, and festivals, where it transformed from expression into connection, regulation, and renewal.
Alongside this, I carried a deep curiosity about the human mind. I was fascinated by how our inner world shapes our lived experience. Over time, I studied how the brain processes information through images and symbols, how the shapes we imagine or physically move through can become structural keys, unlocking new internal resources, and how intentional movement can reorganize perception, emotion, and experience.
From this integration, Imagery Dance™ was born. Building on my professional background in engineering, alongside years of exploration in dance, imagery, and cognitive sciences, I developed a method that restores coherence across mind and body through imagination, movement, and play. Imagery Dance™ offers a way to reconnect with our innate intelligence as something both natural and joyful.
In many ways, Imagery Dance™ brings me back to that child dancing in the living room: curious, ecstatic, and fully alive. My hope is that it offers you the same freedom: to move without rules, imagine without limits, and rediscover the joy of being at home in your body.
